DHAW E-THNEYA TRAINING

The "Dhaw Thneya" project aims to strengthen the capacities of young artists in Tunisia by enabling them to acquire greater artistic knowledge and develop their creativity.

Our long-term objective is to contribute to the birth of great artists by training them and making them aware of their social and economic rights, in order to guarantee them success and a future in the artistic field.

The "Dhaw Thneya" project has social, economic and cultural objectives. We aim to use the creative abilities of young artists to engage them in projects that will have a positive impact on their communities. We believe that art can play an important role in transforming young people's local realities. The overall aim of the "Dhaw Thneya" project is to help build the capacity of young artists in disadvantaged areas of Tunisia.
To achieve this objective, the specific aim of our project is to strengthen the artistic skills of young artists, particularly in the field of visual and digital arts.

Our project is aimed at young artists, both men and women, aged between 18 and 30, living in disadvantaged areas of Tunis. We want to give them the means to express themselves and share their talent with the world. We believe that the visual arts can be a path to success for these young people and contribute to their personal and professional development. We will use workshops, training and artistic encounters to enable young artists to strengthen their skills in the visual arts. We will also raise awareness of the social and economic rights of artists to ensure a promising future in the arts. By working together, we can create a more fulfilling and just future for young artists in Tunisia.

DHAW E-THNEYA

DHAW E-THNEYA TRAINING PROJECT

"Dhaw Thneya" specifically targets the underprivileged youth community of Greater Tunis, who often find themselves confronted with unfair environments. In particular, we're targeting young people between the ages of 15 and 30, who have artistic talent but are often faced with economic or social difficulties. We plan to work with a group of 24 young people (men and women) selected through a call for participation. We'll be taking several criteria into account, such as their age (between 18 and 30), their motivation and commitment to the project, and their artistic practices. Our aim is to create a dynamic, committed team that will be able to work together to achieve the project's objectives.

THE DHAW E-THNEYA RESIDENCE OF CINEMA

The training and artistic residency project Dhaw e-Ethneya, initiated by Wahib Ben Chahla, brought together a rich collaboration with Tunisian and international artists. Under Ben Chahla's leadership, myself and other artists actively participated in the project in over 8 regions in Tunisia, as well as in Germany and Italy, notably in Turin, Europe. This geographical diversity allowed the project to transcend cultural boundaries and create a dynamic network of engaged artists. International participation not only enriched the variety of artistic perspectives but also strengthened cultural and creative ties among participants. The project's extensive impact demonstrates the power of transnational collaboration in the cinematic and artistic realms.

We'll be little, when we grow up, There are a lot of questions questions about our old dreams. We've recorded them through memorable, decisive moments, defensive, constructive. Create your dreams now, because they won't be truths as you wish... This dream can be a reason to live. We've discovered our ancient history through storytellers, historians, paintings and symbols, signs, colors and mysteries. And we still that this is almost the truth and reality, before the revolution of light and the moving image, which has allowed us to try and identify our history. Go and draw your differences, your stories. to create your own story, your own caricatures, your own your caricatures, your intoxications and your prejudices. Wahib Ben Chahla
